This thesis deals with the detection and visualization of protein tunnels. Specifically, it focuses on the algorithm proposed by Jurčík et al. in the paper "Visibility-Based Approach to Surface Detection of Tunnels in Proteins". Táto práca sa zaoberá detekciou a vizualizáciou proteínových tunelov. Konkrétne je zameraná na algoritmus navrhnutý Jurčíkom a kol. v článku "Visibility-Based Approach to Surface Detection of Tunnels in Proteins". V práci je taktiež rozobraná biologická teória týkajúca sa tunelov, potrebná pre pochopenie problematiky ich detekcie. Okrem toho sú v práci aj stručne zhrnuté alternatívne algoritmy na ich …more
