Assessment of Forest Geobiocenoses in the Fabián Nature Reserve (Cadastre Dolní Lhota near Stráž nad Nežárkou, District of Jindřichův Hradec)

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit aktuální stav lesních geobiocenóz na území PR Fabián. V zájmovém území byly založeny zkusné plochy, na kterých bylo provedeno fytocenologické snímkování a dendrometrické měření, a to na čtyřech nejrozšířenějších lesních typech. V rámci terénního šetření bylo provedeno hodnocení výskytu lesnicky významných škůdců a houbových patogenů na jednotlivých dřevinách. Z výsledků fytocenologického snímkování vyplývá, že lesy v PR Fabián mají relativně chudé bylinné patro. Dendrometrickým měřením bylo zjištěno, že porostní zásoba se pohybuje v průměru kolem 780 m3/ha. Lesní komplex je poměrně odolný vůči působení biotických a abiotických činitelů, vážnější škody však působí vysoké stavy zvěře.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to determine the current state of forest geobiocenoses in the territory of the Fabián Nature Reserve. Sample plots were established in the study area, where phytocenological relevé and dendrometric measurements were conducted on four most common forest types. Within the field survey, the occurrence of forest pests and fungal pathogens on individual tree species was assessed. The results of phytocenological research indicate that the forests in the Fabián Nature Reserve have relatively poor herbaceous layers. Dendrometric measurements revealed that the standing volume averages around 780 m3/ha. The forest complex shows resistance to both biotic and abiotic factors, although high game populations cause significant damage to stands.
