Investment Instruments of Stock Exchanges and over the Counter Markets
Abstract:
Obsahem této práce je detailní pohled na problematiku burz, mimoburzovních trhů a zároveň náhled do způsobu fungování těchto institucí stejně jako subjektů s nimi spjatých. Druhou prioritou je přehledné vymezení všech v současné době obchodovatelných instrumentů, popis jejich konstrukce a uvedení výhod a nevýhod jako investičního instrumentu.
Abstract:
Contain of this thesis is detailed overview of stock exchanges and OTC market questions and also outlook to behaviour of these institutions and related subjects.Second main goal is transparent definition of each recently tradeable instrument,description of it´s structure and recapitulation of advantages and disadvantages.
