Comparison of the methods used to assets appraisalin SR and ČR
Abstract:
Final thesis deals with comparison of the methods used to assets appraisal in Slovakia and Czech republic. First chapter is dealing with theoretical definition of methods used to appraisal. Second chapter analyzes chosen methods. Third chapter contains comparison of chosen methods of appraisal in basis of expediency.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá komparáciou metód používaných na oceňovanie v SR a ČR. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie metód používaných na oceňovanie. Druhá kapitola analyzuje vybrané metódy. Tretia kapitola obsahuje komparáciu vybraných metód oceňovania na základe výhodnosti a nevýhodnosti.
