Cílem této práce je osvětlit vývoj pražského a dublinského trhu nemovitostí. Každé z těchto měst má unikátní trh nemovitostí a stejné determinanty mají různý účinek na ceny nemovitostí. The aim of this paper is to shed light on the development of the Prague and Dublin real estate markets. Each of these cities has a unique real estate market and the same determinants have different effects on real estate prices.
