Use of Human Potential for Development of a Corporation
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce hodnotí využití lidského potenciálu pro rozvoj firmy Stöbich Brandschutz s. r. o. Práce je zaměřena na 3 hlavní útvary podniku, přičemž se hodnotí jejich lidský potenciál a dále se zamýšlí nad možností rozvoje jak lidských, tak ekonomických ukazatelů pro růst podniku a v neposlední řadě nad zvýšením jeho konkurenceschopnosti.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to the use of human potential for development of the corporation called Stöbich Brandschutz Ltd. It focuses on the three main company units, in which the analysis describes their human potential. The thesis also takes into consideration the development of both, human and economic indicators for business growth and the increase in its competitiveness.
