Ochrana lidského plodu z pohledu medicínského a trestního práva

Protection of human embryo from the perspective of medical and penal law
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o ochraně lidského plodu z pohledu trestního práva a medicíny se specializací na interrupce v průběhu našich dějin. Předčasné ukončení těhotenství sebou nese určitá rizika jak zdravotní tak i právní. Největší překážkou k dosažení jednotného názoru na tuto problematiku jsou etické a morální překážky. Etická část se věnuje především problematice asistované reprodukci.
Abstract:
This work deals with the protection of the human fetus in terms of criminal law and medicine, specializing in abortion in the course of our history. Early termination of pregnancy carries a risk of both, medical and legal. The biggest obstacle to achieving a single view on this issue is the ethical and moral barriers. The ethics portion is primarily devoted to the issue of assisted reproduction.
