Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem nových zaměstnanců s důrazem na učení a vzdělávání zaměstnanců během procesu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část charakterizuje adaptační proces zaměstnanců, jeho cíle, fáze aktéry a roviny a proces učení a vzdělávání v kontextu adaptačního procesu.
