Abstract:
V této práci jsem rozebrala historii vzniku auditu od jeho počátku až po současnost a definovala pojmy jako je externí a interní audit. V podkapitole 1.2. uvádím právní úpravu auditu České Republiky, hlavní zásady profesionální etiky auditora.
