Hardness Measurements of Functional Forms Part of the Material
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje měření tvrdosti (nanotvrdosti) tenkých vrstev povlaků pro mechanické části forem, zejména pro tvarovou dutinu formy. Měření proběhlo na 5 vzorcích, z nichž byl 1 vzorek nepovlakovaný a vyrobený z nástrojové oceli 19 552 (1.2343). Zbylé 4 zkušební vzorky byly povlakovány, z nichž každý jiným druhem povlaku. Abstract:
Bachelor's thesis describes the measurement of hardness (nanohardness) thin film coatings for mechanical parts molds, especially for mold cavity shape. Measurement was carried out on 5 samples, one of which was uncoated and one sample made from tool steel 19552 (1.2343). The remaining four test samples were each coating of another type of coating.
