Abstract:

Teoretická část diplomové práce se svým zaměřením zabývá osobností pachatele z pohledu multidisciplinárního s určitým zaměřením na psychologii osobnosti,včetně jeho poruch, stranou nezůstává ani pohled na osobnost jako biosociální produkt a jeho motivace chování. Druhá kapitola se podrobněji zaměřuje na psychologii násilí a vysvětluje pojmy agrese, agresivity a rozpracovává teorie vzniku agrese. Třetí kapitola osvětluje právní aspekty násilí a rozpracovává teorii a zdroje kriminálního jednání, včetně typologií osobnosti pachatele násilné trestné činnosti. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části se zabývá pojmy hodnoty a hodnotové orientace pachatelů trestných činů. Cílem praktické části je analýza individuálních projevů chování a zdrojů vnitřních agresivních projevů pachatelů a zjištění formativních vlivů prostředí. Střed zájmu spočívá v hledání příčin agrese z hlediska charakterových vlastností.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of my dissertation is focused on the personality of the offender from the perspective of a multidisciplinary with a particular focus on personality psychology, including his faults, with view of personality as a biosocial product and his behavioral motivation. The second chapter is more focused in detail on the psychology of violence and explains the terms of aggression, aggressiveness and develops the theories of aggression. The third chapter explains the legal aspects of violence and elaborates the theory and sources of criminal behavior, including offender´s personality typology. The final theoretical chapter deals with the concepts of values and value orientation offenders. The practical part is the analysis of individual behaviors and internal sources of aggressive manifestations of offenders and finding the background formative influences. The center of interest lies in finding the causes of aggression in terms of characteristic traits.
