Předmětem bakalářské práce „Zdanění nabytí nemovitých věcí“ je komparace české a polské právní úpravy regulující zdanění nabytí nemovitých věcí. První část práce se věnuje stručnému teoretickému úvodu do berního práva, kde jsou mj. obecně přiblíženy jednotlivé konstrukční prvky daně. The goal of the submitted thesis “Real Estate Transfer Taxation” is to compare Czech and Polish regulation of real estate transfer taxation.
