Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem výživy nezralého novorozence. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky o výživě nezralého novorozence, která může sloužit jako zdroj informací, které poukazují na případ, kdy je saturování potřeby výživy ovlivněno nejen klinickým stavem dítěte, ale také fyzickým a psychickým stavem matky. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem výživy nezralého novorozence. Je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělá na tři hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole je popsána neonatologie jako samostatný obor, její historie ve světě ale i v České republice. Kapitola druhá se zabývá klasifikací novorozence. Blíže popisuje nezralého novorozence, rizika vyplývající z nezralosti a vybrané aspekty ošetřovatelské péče nezralého novorozence. V třetí kapitole je popsáno hlavní téma této práce a tím je výživa nezralého novorozence. Je zde popsán vývoj gastrointestinálního traktu, výživa parenterální, enterální a kojení. Zmíněny jsou také alternativní metody krmení, odstříkávání mateřského mléka a způsoby, kterými lze podpořit laktaci. V praktické části práce je zpracována kazuistika o výživě nezralého novorozence hospitalizovaného na stanici intermediární péče.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of nutrition of the immature newborn. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to elaborate a case study on the nutrition of the immature newborn, which can serve as a source of information that points out the case when the saturation of the need for nutrition is influenced not only by the clinical condition of the child, but also by the physical and psychological condition of the mother. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of nutrition of the immature newborn. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter describes neonatology as an independent field, its history in the world and in the czech republic. The second chapter deals with the classification of the newborn. It describes the immature neonate, risks resulting from immaturity and selected aspects of nursing care of the immature neonate. The third chapter describes the main topic of this thesis, which is the nutrition of the immature newborn. The development of the gastrointestinal tract, parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition and breastfeeding are described. Alternative methods of feeding, expressing breast milk and ways to promote lactation are also mentioned. In the practical part of the thesis, a case report on the nutrition of an immature neonate admitted to an intermediate care unit is presented.
