Stress in the teaching profession or stress from the perspective of prospective teachers

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá stresem v učitelské profesi. V teoretické části popisuje proces působení stresu. Objasňuje, co je to stres a stresor, jeho působení a fáze, jak se jedinec dokáže na stres adaptovat a jaké má stres důsledky, samozřejmě je zde i kapitola věnovaná tomu, jak lze stres zvládat a jaké možnosti zvládání stresu se jedinci nabízí. V této kapitole je popsána adaptace, resilience, coping a supervize. Jelikož se práce zabývá stresem v učitelské profesi, je zde i popsána profese učitele, co vyžaduje a jaké má tato profese úskalí právě ve vztahu stres a učitel. Dále popisuje osobnost učitele a zabývá se tím, jaké by měl mít jedinec předpoklady, když si zvolí jako své budoucí povolání učitelství. Také je zde stručně popsána volba povolání. V empirické části se práce zabývá otázkou, jak se na stres dívají budoucí učitelé. Popisuje hlavní faktory, které vidí budoucí pedagogové jako nejvíce stresující v profesi učitele.

Abstract:

This work is about stress in the teaching profession. The theoretical part describes the process of the influence of stress. It explains what is a stressor, the stress, effects and phases of the stress. It describes how an individual is able to adapt to stress and what are the consequences of stress. There is a chapter devoted to how to handle stress and what options on handling stress are available. I am describing the adaptation, resilience, the coping with and supervision in this chapter. Because this work deals with stress in the teaching profession, I also describe the profession, what is required and what are the pitfalls of the profession in the relation of stress and the teacher. It also describes the teacher's personality and it considers what an individua that wants to choose the teaching profession should have. Also briefly described is the choice of profession. The empirical part of the work deals with the question of how future teachers see stress. It describes the main factors that teachers can see as the most stressful in the profession of teacher in the future.
