Abstract:

Práce se zabývá tématem domácího násilí páchané osobami se zdravotním postižením na osobách, které o ně pečují a sdílí s nimi společnou domácnost. Teoretická část představuje základní atributy problematiky domácího násilí jako jsou znaky, formy nebo cyklus. Dále charakteristikou osob ohrožených domácím násilím a pachateli domácího násilí. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část věnuje základní charakteristice osoby se zdravotním postižením. Metodologická část práce se primárně zaměřuje na analýzu chování obětí domácího násilí. Dále zjišťuje faktory vyvolávající ataky a strategii mechanismu reakcí obětí na útoky ze strany rodinného příslušníka se zdravotním postižením. Metodologická část také analyzuje systém pomoci obětem domácího násilí. Forma výzkumu byla provedena kvalitativní metodou pomocí rozhovorů s oběťmi domácího násilí, kdy pachatelem byl rodinný příslušník se zdravotním postižením.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the topic of domestic violence committed by handicapped people against their caretakers who share a common household with them. The theoretical part introduces the basic terms of the domestic violence issue such as characteristics, forms or cycles. It also presents attributes of people at risk of being abused and of the domestic violence abusers. At last the theoretical part describes the fundamental characteristics of a handicapped person. In the methodological part the thesis focuses on an analysis of the domestic violence victims behavior. Then, it investigates the factors causing the attacks and also the strategies of the victims responses to the abuse. The methodological part also analyzes systems of help and protection for the domestic violence victims. Research strategy was qualitative and was conducted in a form of interviews with domestic violence victims.
