Prevence rizik v oblasti BOZP u studentů středních škol

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí rizik v oblasti BOZP při praktické výuce žáků středních škol zaměřených na chovatelství a jezdecký sport.V teoretické části práce jsou popsány zákonné požadavky na BOZP ve školství a dokumentace BOZP ve výuce. Dále jsou komplexně zkoumány rizikové faktory specifické pro prostředí školních stájí a pracovišť praktické výuky, se zaměřením na rizika při práci s koňmi, pravidla nošení ochranných pomůcek a zásady pro manipulaci s zařízeními. Zkoumány jsou také příčiny porušení a motivace k dodržování pravidel BOZP a nedílnou součástí je i vliv managementu koní na bezpečnost ve stáji. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány školy, které se věnuji danému oboru studia.Praktická část bakalářské práce je věnována zejména dotazníkovému šetření a hodnocení odpovědí rozsáhlého vzorku respondentů. Otázky a sekce dotazníkového šetření přímo navazují na kapitoly teoretické části. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro obě zúčastněné školy s cílem zvýšit bezpečnost žáků a koní při praktické výuce.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s thesis deals with risk prevention and safety during practical training lessons of high schools In the field of equestrian sport and equine breeding.The theoretical part notes legal OSH regulations concerning schools and OSH documentation. Risk factors, specific for school stables and equestrian school training facilities, are being the main concern, with focus on horse-manipulation connected risks, rules for wearing safety gear and regulations concerning the use of technical equipment. Causes of rule-breaking and motivation for rule-obeying are also significant chapters of this work. Another Important chapter Is the Influence of horses stabling and management with the connection to yard safety. The theoretical part of this work Is concluded with a description of high schools which participate In this field.The practical part Is dedicated to the research and survey results of the large number of respondents. Individual questions and survey sections correspond to the defined theoretical chapters of this work. This work Is concluded with a set of recommendations for both Involved schools that should help the student´s safety during their practical training.
