Abstract:

Zhodnocení výsledků reprodukce mléčných koz s využitím inseminace čerstvým a mraženým spermatemSouhrnCílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení výsledků reprodukce mléčných koz s využitím inseminace čerstvým a zmraženým/rozmraženým spermatem. Byla vyslovena hypotéza, že inseminace čerstvým spermatem vykazuje vyšší úspěšnost oplodnění než inseminace spermatem zmraženým/rozmraženým. Hodnocen byl soubor 427 dojených koz a inseminace probíhaly v letech 2014, 2015, 2016 a 2017. Podklady pro vyhodnocení poskytla Kozí farma Krmelín a Inseminační stanice malých přežvýkavců 1. zemědělské a.s. v Chorušicích. Ke statistickému vyhodnocení byl použit program SAS 9.3. Hodnotil se vliv způsobu uchování spermatu, vliv rozmnožovacího období a vliv metody inseminace na míru zabřeznutí. Vliv inseminace čerstvým spermatem na míru zabřezávání představoval 49,37 % a vliv inseminace zmraženým/rozmraženým spermatem představoval 56,10 %. Vliv uchování spermatu byl statisticky neprůkazný (P > 0,05). Vliv období na míru zabřeznutí při inseminaci v rozmnožovacím období představoval 67,37 %, mimo rozmnožovací období představoval 38,10 % a byl zjištěn jako statisticky průkazný (P <0,01). Vliv období na míru zabřeznutí po inseminaci čerstvým spermatem představoval 72,75 % v rozmnožovacím období a 29,41 % mimo rozmnožovací období a byl zjištěn jako statisticky průkazný (P < 0,01). Vliv období na míru zabřeznutí po inseminaci zmraženým/rozmraženým spermatem byl sice statisticky neprůkazný (P > 0,05), ale inseminace v rozmnožovacím období vykazovala lepší výsledek (47,52 %) oproti inseminaci mimo rozmnožovací období (33,74 %). Vliv metody inseminace na míru zabřeznutí představoval v případě transcervikální inseminace 71,67 %, v případě cervikální inseminace 56,94 % a v případě vaginální inseminace 29,60 % a vykazoval statisticky průkazný rozdíl na hladině významnosti (P < 0,01). V případě inseminace čerstvým spermatem ovlivňovala transcervikální inseminace míru zabřeznutí z 80,49 % a vaginální inseminace z 21,67 %. V případě inseminace mraženým/rozmraženým spermatem ovlivňovala cervikální inseminace míru zabřeznutí z 52,15 % a vaginální inseminace z 29,11 %. V obou případech byl zjištěn statisticky průkazný rozdíl (P < 0,01).Hypotéza, že inseminace čerstvý spermatem vykazuje vyšší úspěšnost oplodnění než inseminace zmraženým/rozmraženým spermatem, se nepotvrdila.Evaluation of results of reproduction of dairy goats using artificial insemination with fresh and frozen semenSummaryThe aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the results of reproduction of dairy goats using insemination of fresh and frozen/thawed sperm. Insemination took place in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The results of the evaluation were provided by the Krmelín Goat Farm and Small Ruminants Insemination Station of the 1st Agricultural Plc. in Chorušice. SAS 9.3 was used for statistical evaluation. The effect of semen storage, the impact of breeding season, and the effect of the insemination method on the fertility rate were evaluated. The effect of insemination with fresh sperm on fertilization rate was 49.37 %, and the effect frozen/thawed sperm insemination represented 56.10 %. The effect of semen storage was statistically inconclusive (P > 0.05). The impact of the season on fertility rate during insemination in the breeding season was 67.37 %, outside the breeding season it was 38.10% and was found to be statistically significant (P < 0.01).
