Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá syntézou série organogallitých boroxinů obsahujících iminovou CH=N funkční skupinu. Tyto látky byly připraveny pomocí Schiffova couplingu výchozího LGa[(OB-4-CH=O-C6H4)2O] (1) s primárními alifatickými aminy v molárním poměru 1:2, což poskytlo sloučeniny LGa[(OB-4-CH=N(C8H17)-C6H4)2O] (2), LGa[(OB-4-CH=N(C12H25)-C6H4)2O] (3) a LGa[(OB-4-CH=N(C18H37)-C6H4)2O] (4). Pomocí této metody byl následně začleněn gallaboroxinový skelet do oligomerních a polymerních struktur, a to reakcí LGa[(OB-4-CH=O-C6H4)2O] (1) s různými diaminy lišícími se linkerem mezi oběma aminovými skupinami v molárním poměru 1:1. Takto byly připraveny sloučeniny (-N=CH-C6H4-LGa(O3B2)-C6H4-CH=N-C6H4-)n (5), (-N=CH-C6H4-LGa(O3B2)-C6H4-CH=N-C2H4-)n (6) a (-N=CH-C6H4-LGa(O3B2)-C6H4-CH=N-C3H6-SiMe2-O-SiMe2-C3H6-)n (7). Připravené sloučeniny 2 - 7 byly dále studovány z hlediska jejich hydrofobních vlastností. Pro tento účel byly vyhotoveny tenké vrstvy sloučenin 2 - 7 metodou spin-coating a hydrofobita byla stanovena měřením kontaktního úhlu vody metodou přisedlé kapky.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the synthesis of a series of organogallite boroxines containing an imine CH=N functional group. These compounds were prepared by Schiff coupling of the starting LGa[(OB-4-CH=O-C6H4)2O] (1) with primary aliphatic amines in a molar ratio of 1:2, which gave the compounds LGa[(OB-4-CH=N(C8H17)-C6H4)2O] (2), LGa[(OB-4-CH=N(C12H25)-C6H4)2O] (3) and LGa[(OB-4-CH=N(C18H37)-C6H4)2O] (4). Using this method, the gallaboroxin skeleton was subsequently incorporated into oligomeric and polymeric structures by reacting LGa[(OB-4-CH=O-C6H4)2O] (1) with various diamines differing in the linker between the two amine groups in a 1:1 molar ratio. Thus, the compounds (-N=CH-C6H4-LGa(O3B2)-C6H4-CH=N-C6H4-)n (5), (-N=CH-C6H4-LGa(O3B2)-C6H4-CH=N-C2H4-)n (6) and (-N=CH-C6H4-LGa(O3B2)-C6H4-CH=N-C3H6-SiMe2-O-SiMe2-C3H6-)n (7) were prepared. The prepared compounds 2 - 7 were further studied for their hydrophobic properties. For this purpose, thin films of compounds 2 - 7 were prepared by spin-coating method and the hydrophobicity was determined by measuring the water contact angle by the sessile drop method.
