Abstract:

Diplomová práce má název "Početné domácnosti v bytové nouzi a dostupnost bydlení". Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké jsou hlavní příčiny, které vedou početné domácnosti v okresu Šumperk do bytové nouze. Jedná se o teoreticko-výzkumnou diplomovou práci. Tato diplomová práce zkoumá problematiku bytové nouze a dostupnosti bydlení početných domácností, s důrazem na spojení s oblastí sociální práce. Bydlení je základním lidským právem a klíčovým faktorem ovlivňujícím kvalitu života a sociální inkluzi jednotlivců a rodin. Tato práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci příčin a důsledků bytové nouze a hodnotí efektivitu opatření a politik, které mají za cíl zlepšit bytovou situaci těchto domácností. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, jaké jsou hlavní příčiny, které vedou početné domácnosti v okresu Šumperk do bytové nouze. Výzkumný rámec této práce zahrnuje sběr dat prostřednictvím rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky pracujícími s početnými domácnostmi v bytové nouzi. Výsledky ukazují, že bytová nouze má významný vliv na životní podmínky a zdraví členů rodin, a zároveň přináší poznatky o účinnosti různých nástrojů a opatření v oblasti bytové politiky. Tato diplomová práce přináší přínosný přehled o současném stavu bytové nouze a dostupnosti bydlení v okrese Šumperk a zdůrazňuje důležitost role sociální práce při řešení těchto otázek. Výsledky mohou být využity pro formulaci politických doporučení a strategií, které budou směřovat k dosažení cíle, kterým je zajištění důstojného bydlení pro všechny občany.

Abstract:

The thesis is titled "Multiple members households in housing need and housing affordability". The goal of the thesis is to determine the main causes leading to housing distress among numerous households in the Šumperk district. It is a theoretical-research thesis. This thesis examines the issues of housing distress and the availability of housing for numerous households, with an emphasis on the connection to the field of social work. Housing is a fundamental human right and a key factor affecting the quality of life and social inclusion of individuals and families. This work focuses on identifying the causes and consequences of housing distress and evaluates the effectiveness of measures and policies aimed at improving the housing situation of these households. The aim of the research part is to determine the main causes leading to housing distress among numerous households in the Šumperk district. The research framework of this work includes data collection through interviews with social workers working with numerous households in housing distress. The results show that housing distress has a significant impact on the living conditions and health of family members and also provides insights into the effectiveness of various tools and measures in the field of housing policy. This thesis provides a beneficial overview of the current state of housing distress and housing availability in the Šumperk district and emphasizes the importance of the role of social work in addressing these issues. The results can be used to formulate policy recommendations and strategies aimed at achieving the goal of ensuring dignified housing for all citizens.
