Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem náhrady nákladů civilního sporného řízení. Cílem práce je nejen popsat problematiku současné vnitrostátní úpravy náhrady nákladů civilního sporného řízení, ale zejména upozornit na problémy, které s tématem souvisí.
