The proposal of the optimization and the quality management system implementation
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá managementem a jeho strategií v konkrétní menší firmě. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretickou oblast řízení firem, následuje analytická část a seznámení se současným stavem řízení organizace. Na základě vyhodnocení systému řízení firmy je ve třetí části práce navrhována optimalizace a implementace procesů včetně inovace procesní organizační struktury.
Abstract:
The Diploma thesis deals with the management and its strategy in a specific small company. The first part focuses on the theoretical area of management of the companies followed by the introduction and the analysis of the current state of the management of the organization.
