Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Edukace klientek o průběhu těhotenství a prenatální péči. Teoretická část je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, kdy v první kapitole je definováno těhotenství, vymezeny jisté, pravděpodobné a nejisté známky těhotenství. Dále se první kapitola zabývá vývojem embrya, plodu a tělesnými změnami v průběhu těhotenství. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na prenatální péči, na těhotenský průkaz, frekvenci kontrol a pravidelná a nepravidelná vyšetření v průběhu celého těhotenství. Třetí kapitola prenatální diagnostika je rozdělena na neinvazivní a invazivní metody. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou uvedeny kompetence a role porodní asistentky. Pátá kapitola definuje edukaci, její proces, fáze a cíle. Praktickou část práce tvoří kvantitativní výzkum, který je zaměřen na skupinu těhotných žen a sleduje pět hlavních cílů. Cíle se zaměřují na úroveň informovanosti žen o průběhu těhotenství, prenatální péči a diagnostice. Dále se zaměřují na rozdíly v informovanosti mezi primiparami a multiparami a na jejich spokojenost s edukací v prenatální péči.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the topic of Educating clients about pregnancy and prenatal care. The theoretical part is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is defined pregnancy, defined by a certain, probable and uncertain signs of pregnancy. Furthermore, the first chapter deals with the development of the embryo, fetus and physical changes during pregnancy. The second chapter focuses on prenatal care for the pregnancy card, the frequency of inspections and regular and irregular examinations throughout pregnancy. The third chapter prenatal diagnosis is divided into noninvasive and invasive methods. In the fourth chapter lists the competencies and roles of midwives. The fifth chapter defines education, the process phases and objectives. The practical part includes quantitative research, which focuses on a group of pregnant women and follows five main objectives. Objectives focus on the level of awareness about women during pregnancy, prenatal care and diagnostics. It also focuses on the differences in awareness among primiparas and multiparous and their satisfaction with education in prenatal care.
