Perception the position of ice hockey referee crosswise age categories

Abstract:

Ve své práci se chci zabývat vývojem procesu vnímání hráče ledního hokeje vůči rozhodčím, a to z pohledu autority, a vedení hráče k tomuto vnímání jeho okolím. Pokusím se odhalit a konkretizovat, v čem budí rozhodčí u hráčů despekt a v čem jsou naopak vnímáni jako přínos/součást hry. Cílem mé práce je zmapovat vývoj psychického vývoje hráčů ledního hokeje napříč kategoriemi, konkrétně vnímání osoby rozhodčího jako autority, a pokusit se objasnit, kterým prvkem z okolí – rodiče nebo trenéři – jsou vedeni právě k úctě a uznání autority osoby rozhodčích. Jak je obecně známo, člověk s rostoucím věkem postupně přijímá autority ze svého okolí. Výzkumným souborem pro moji bakalářskou práci budou hráči, jejich rodiče a jejich trenéři na území Pardubického kraje. Dotazováni budou hráči v kategoriích mladších žáků, dorostenců, mužů. K měření dojde komparační metodou, a to komparací literatury s výsledky, které získám z dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I would like to deal with the development of ice hockey player's mental perception of the referee from the point of authority and directing the player's perception by his associates. I will try to unveil and concretize the reason how do the referees invoke scorn and in which way are they considered as a benefit to the game. The main goal of my work is to chart the ice hockey player's psychological development throughout age categories, mainly the perception of the referee as a person of authority, and try to clarify by which element of his surroundings - parents or referees - are they lead to acknowledge the authority of referees. My research sample will consist of players, their parents and trainers in the area of Pardubice Region, specifically the categories of juniors, teenagers and adults. The results will be drawn from the comparative method, specifically from comparing literary sources with the answers from questionnaires.
