Abstract:
Cílem této práce je přiblížit podstatné změny nové právní úpravy úpadkového práva a seznámit čtenáře s novým okruhem podmínek, za kterých je možné vést insolvenční řízení oproti předešlému konkursnímu řízení.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to outline significant changes of the new bankruptcy law and to acquaint the reader with a new range of conditions under which it is possible to conduct insolvency proceedings contrary to the previous bankruptcy proceedings.
