The support of self-knowledge of long term unemployed

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podporou sebepoznání dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných. V první části této práce je hlavní důraz na koncepci sebepoznání a sebepoznání dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných a sebepoznání sociálního pracovníka. Dále se zabývám poradenstvím, které je zaměřeno na dlouhodobě nezaměstnané, psychoterapeutické přístupy a jejich vliv na sebepoznání a kariérové poradenství. Druhá část je věnována výzkumu, který je zaměřen na podporu sebepoznání dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných ve fázích poradenského procesu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the support of self knowledge of long term unemployed. In a first part of this thesis is main focus on the concept of self knowledge and self knowledge of long term unemployed and self knowledge of social worker. I also deal with counselling which is focuses on long term unemployed, psychotherapeutic approaches and their influence on self knowledge and career counseling. The second part is devoted to the research, which focuses on support of self knowledge of long term unemployed in phases of counseling process.
