Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky odborného zacházení s prvotrestanými, tedy s osobami, které byly dosud bezúhonné a neměly záznam v rejstříku trestů. Jejím cílem je určit společné rysy a odlišnosti u prvotrestaných ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, zhodnotit účinnost programu odborného zacházení a zjištěné výsledky následně analyzovat a vyhodnotit. The bachelor's thesis deals with the specifics of the professional treatment of first-time offenders, i.e., persons who have so far been blameless and had no records in criminal records.
