Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je charakteristika pracovněprávních vztahů a role jednotlivých subjektů v pracovněprávním vztahu v českém právním řádu. Vznik pracovního práva byl podmíněn potřebou chránit slabší stranu pracovněprávního vztahu-zaměstnance.
