The security policy of IPv4 and IPv6 protocols
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je porovnání bezpečnostních mechanismů protokolů IP verze 4 (IPv4) a IP verze 6 (IPv6). Ačkoliv se IPv6 prosazuje pomalu, má za úkol v budoucnu starší protokol IPv4 plně nahradit. Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to compare security mechanisms of IP version 4 (IPv4) and IP version 6 (IPv6). Although IPv6 is being established slowly, it should fully replace IPv4 in the future. The paper deals with possibilities of IPv6 security and compares it with the present state of security of IPv4 protocol.
