Memes and the Normativity of Cyberspace

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda a jak lze efektivně použít tradiční právo k regulaci kyberprostoru.K odpovědi na tuto otázku používá práce teorii memu. Teorie memu, nebo-li memetika, je snahou na nový způsob pohledu na vývoj kultury aplikací Darwinovi evoluční teorie. Jde o informační teorii operující s procesem dědičnosti. Ačkoliv se na první pohled nemusí snaha o skloubení biologické evoluce a práva zdát logická, opak je pravdou. Memetika nám, jako informační teorie, především ve zkoumání normativity kyberprostoru, může dát odpovědi na otázky jeho právní regulace jak vnitřní, tak vnější.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to answer the question of whether and how to effectively use the traditional right to regulate cyberspace. To answer this question, the work uses the theory of memes. The theory of memes, or if memetics is trying a new way of looking at the development of culture applications Darwin's theory of evolution. This is the information theory, operating with the process of inheritance. Although at first glance may not attempt to reconcile the biological evolution and justice, seem logical, the opposite is true. Memetics, as information theory, especially in exploring cyberspace normativity, can give answers to the questions of legal regulation of both internal and external.
