Corporate culture and its impact on business performance

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se týká firemní kultury, jejího obsahu a prvků a jejímu dopadu na výkonnost firmy. Teoretická část interpretuje význam a obsah firemní kultury. Důraz je kladen na prvky, které jsou následně použity v praktické části. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřen na motivaci a její proces. V praktické části autor analyzoval firemní kulturu sledované firmy. Následně provedl dotazníkové a diskusní šetření, které později vyhodnotil a uvedl výsledky. V závěru je shrnuta firemní kultura sledované firmy a doporučení pro zlepšení oblasti firemní kultury.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with corporate culture, its elements and impact on productivity of a company. The theoretical part describes the contents and importance of corporate culture for a company. The emphasis is put on elements of corporate culture which are then examined in the practical part of this thesis. The conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on motivation and its process. The practical part analyses corporate culture of chosen company. Both questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews were conducted in order to evaluate corporate culture of chosen company and to recommend areas for improvements.
