Tato diplomová práce pojednává o souběhu trestných činů. Jednak se zabývá teoretickou stránkou tohoto institutu, osvětluje teoretické dělení souběhu trestných činů, objasňuje jeho jednotlivé formy atd. This thesis treat of the concurrence of the crimes. In the beginning it deals with the theoretical side of this institute. There is an explanation of the clasification and forms of the concurrence of the crimes etc. Next part of the thesis is about punishing the concurrence of the crimes and the principles which influence the punishing this form of the plurality of the crimes.
