Proposals for improving economic performance according to the life cycle phase of the company

Abstract:

Buriánková Karolína. Návrhy na zlepšení ekonomické výkonnosti dle fáze životního cyklu podniku. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Vedoucí práce Ing. Marie Poláchová, Ph.D. Hlavním cílem předložené bakalářské práce je navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení ekonomické výkonnosti dle fáze životního cyklu podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze životního cyklu, vybrané ukazatele k identifikaci fáze životního cyklu a v rámci finanční analýzy jsou popsány vybrané ukazatele pro zhodnocení finanční situace podniku. V praktické části práci jsou zjištěny hodnoty těchto ukazatelů a je určena fáze životního cyklu podniku a odvětví. Následně jsou vypočteny vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy, kterými je hodnoceno finanční zdraví podniku. V závěru práce jsou poté navržena doporučení pro zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku v aktuální fázi životního cyklu.

Marie Poláchová, Ph.D. The main goal of the submitted bachelor thesis is to propose recommendations of improving the economic situation of the company according to the current phase of the life cycle. In the theoretical part we describe the individual phases of the life cycle, the selected indicator is determining the phase of the life cycle and within financial analysis we describe the selected indicators to evaluate the financial situation of the company. In the practical part we find out the values of these indicators and we determine the phase of the life cycle company and industry. Then we calculate the selected indicators of financial analysis, which is evaluated financial health of the company. At the end of the bachelor thesis, we propose recommendations of improving the economic situation of the company in the current phase of the life cycle.
