Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je identifikování česko-kanadských a kanadsko-českých kulturních standardů v pracovním prostředí. Dílo analyzuje oblasti, v kterých se obě kultury liší, a porovnává získané informace z výzkumu s teoretickými podklady. Vedlejším cílem je stanovení doporučení, které mohou pomoci českým občanům při prvním střetu s kanadskou kulturou.
Abstract:
The goal of the diploma thesis is to identify the czech-canadian and canadian-czech cultural standards in the working environment. The thesis analyzes the ares, in which the two cultures differ, and compares the gain research results with the theoretical sources.
