Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v organizaci veřejné správy. Teoretická část obsahuje náhled na souhrn vzdělávání ve veřejné správě a porovnává případné rozdíly mezi vzděláváním státní správy a samosprávy.
