Magnetron sputtering of specific copper-oxide thin films
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit tenké vrstvy CuO a Cu2O fází pomocí reaktivního magnetronového naprašování. Výzkum tenkých vrstev oxidů mědi je důležitý např. pro budoucí transparentní elektroniku (solární články, plynové sensory, optické displeje). Výhodou je levná výroba a bohatá dostupnost mědi. Abstract:
The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to achieve CuO and Cu2O phases in thin films by reactive magnetron sputtering. Research of copper-oxide thin films is important for future transparent electronics like solar cells, gas sensors and optical displays.
