Abstract:
Práce se věnuje datovým schránkám jakožto moderní, státem garantované službě. Představuje problematiku e-Governmentu, jehož jsou datové schránky součástí, vysvětluje jeho právní a zjednodušeně i technickou podstatu a ukazuje na možné alternativy datových schránek. This work explores “Data Boxes”, a modern, state-guaranteed e-service. It introduces the concept of e-Government to which data boxes are an integral part. It reviews both the legal and simplified technical background of e-Government and outlines possible alternatives to the data box.
