Abstract:

Autor se ve své disertační práci věnuje problematice statických deformit I. paprsku nohy. V teoretické části zmiňuje stručně anatomii, ontogenezi, typologii nohy i základní statické deformity. V klinické části hodnotí soubor pacientů po artrodéze I. metatarzofalangeálního kloubu s použitím úhlově stabilní dlahy. V experimentální části autor hodnotí biomechanický pevnostní pokus na kadaverech porovnávající 2 způsoby fixace artrodézy dle Lapiduse v kombinaci s artrodézou I. metatarzofalangeálního kloubu.

Abstract:

Author in his disertation work explans static deformities of the first foot ray. At theoretic part describe shortly anathomy, onthogenesis and typology of the foot. At clinical part evaluate a group of patients who underwent arthrodesis of the first metatarsophalangeal joint using a locking plate. At experimental part the author try to assess the results of a biomechanical strength test of cadaveric specimens, comparing 2 methods of fixation of Lapidus arthrodesis in combination with arthrodesis of the first metatarsophalangeal joint.
