Relationship between work-engagement, resilience, work-life balance and bournout in a sample of hospital nurses
Abstract:
This master's thesis deals with relationship between Work engagement, Resilience, Work-life balance and Burnout syndrome on a sample of 141 nurses from Slovak hospitals. The research took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, so the work also maps the condition of nurses in these times. Táto magisterská práca sleduje pracovnú angažovanosť v súvislosti s vybranými konceptmi z pracovnej psychológie - rezilienciou, work-life balance a syndrómom vyhorenia na vzorke populácie 141 zdravotných sestier z oddelení a ambulancií.
