The influence of the time period 1989 - 2012 on the culture of wine.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vývoji a rozvoji kultury vinařství v České republice v letech 1989 – 2012, která byla pro víno jistě zlomová. Cílem práce je zhodnotit změny k lepšímu, které se odehrály, analyzovat nové pracovní postupy a způsoby pěstování vinné révy a v neposlední řadě popsat změnu v postoji k vínu u běžných konzumentů. V první části představím základní pojmy, definice a stručnou historii vinařství a vinohradnictví v České republice. Druhá část bude zaměřena na významné události spojené se vznikem nových vinařských zákonů a postupů ve výrobě vína. Nejpodstatnější část věnuji výrobě přírodních, autentických a Biovín. Významnou část věnuji také sdružení Autentisté. Zrekapituluji všechny novinky spojené s vínem v ČR. Provedu výzkum zaměřený na konzumenty vína, s cílem zjistit jaký je jejich současný postoj k vínu. V závěrečné části zhodnotím postavení vína u nás a jeho roli v našich životech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the development and developing of culture of winemaking in the Czech Republic in the years 1989 - 2012, which was certainly fault for wine. The aim of this work is to evaluate the changes for the better, that have become, to analyze the new workflows and methods of cultivation of the wine and finally describe the change in attitude to wine for ordinary consumers. In the first part I will introduce the basic terms, definitions and a brief history of viticulture and winemaking in the Czech Republic. The second part will focus on the major events associated with the emergence of new wine laws and practices in the wine production. The most important part is dedicated to the production of natural, authentic and organic wines. I also devote a significant part of the association of winemakers Autentisté. I will recapitulate all the news related to wine in the country. I will do a research on wine consumers, to see what their current attitude to wine is. In the final section I will evaluate the status of wine with us and its role in our lives.
