V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme stanovení fytoestrogenu genisteinu v bachorové tekutině pomocí HPLC. Fytoestrogeny jsou rostlinné látky, které mají významné účinky na lidské zdraví. Genistein patří mezi isoflavony. Isoflavony jsou jedna ze skupin fytoestrogenů. Abstract:
In this thesis we focus on establishing the phytoestrogen genistein in rumen fluid by HPLC. Phytoestrogens are plant substances that have significant effects on human health. Genistein is one of the isoflavones. Isoflavones are one group of phytoestrogens. Substances belonging to this group may have antioxidant, anticarcinogenic, antibacterial, estrogenic, anti-estrogenic or cardioprotective effects …more
