Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Suverenita a dluh“ je dopad zadlužení na suverenitu státu definovanou jako samostatnost rozhodování ve fiskální politice. Cílem této práce je analýza dopadů zadlužení na suverenitu státu definovanou touto prací. Nástrojem k této analýze je zhodnocení vybraných kvantitativních ukazatelů zadlužení a následná kvalitativní deskripce vývoje v Řecku. První část této práce je zaměřena na definování pojmu suverenita a kvantifikaci dluhu s důrazem na jeho vyjádření jako závislosti na dluhových příjmech. Ve druhé části je deskriptivně popsán vývoj v Řecku s důrazem na jeho ekonomické a politické dění. V závěrečné části jsou pak analyzovány ukazatele zadlužení a následně objasněny dopady na suverenitu státu tohoto zadlužení.

Abstract:

The subject of the submitted thesis “The sovereignity and debt” is the impact of indebtness on sovereignity of state from the definition of soveregnity as sovereign decesion making in fiscal policy. The task of this thesis is to analyse impacts of indebtness on sovereignity definied by this thesis. The tool for analysing is an evaluation of own quantitative indicators of indebtness and following qualitative description of evolution in Greece. First part of this thesis is focused on defining of sovereignity and quantifying of debt with emphasising on expression as dependence on debt revenues. In the second part there is description of development in Greece with emphasising on the poltical and economical events. In the final part there are analysed indicators of indebtness and then cleared impacts of this indebtness on the sovereignity.
