Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje oblasti pojišťovacích makléřských společností a jejich sdružení. Tematicky je práce zaměřena na tři hlavní subjekty, a to pojišťovací makléřské společnosti, klienta a pojistitele. Obsahově není práce pojata jednostranně, je zde v určitých pasážích náhled jak ze strany pojišťovacího makléře, tak ze strany klienta a i ze strany pojistitele. This bachelor´s thesis is devoted to the situation in the area of insurance broker companies and their association. It is focused on three basic subjects - these are the insurance broker companies, the client and the insurer.
