Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce pojednává o problematice podnikového vzdělávání z pohledu volby vhodných strategií, metod a forem, přičemž vychází z teoretických a praktických poznatků českých i zahraničních autorů, kteří se věnují dílčím otázkám v rámci daného tématu. Úvodní část práce se zabývá samotným vymezením podnikového vzdělávání v kontextu legislativy, významu, přínosu a cílů. Další část práce je zaměřena na systém podnikového vzdělávání, konkrétně na jeho přístupy a vlastní vzdělávací cyklus, jehož druhá fáze „plánování vzdělávání“ zastřešuje navazující kapitoly. Za stěžejní část práce považuji kapitolu třetí, v níž se zabývám strategiemi vzdělávání. Mimo pedagogický přístup spojuji i pohled z oblastí obecné a sociální psychologie a ekonomie, které, chceme-li získat komplexní obraz podnikového vzdělávání, jsou podle mého názoru neopomenutelné. Na základě informací získaných z této kapitoly podávám základní charakteristiku vybraných metod vzdělávání, jimž pro lepší přehled věnuji samostatnou kapitolu. Poslední část je věnována formám podnikového vzdělávání, které tuto práci uzavírají.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of organizational training in terms of choosing suitable strategies, methods and forms. The thesis utilizes theoretical as well as practical knowledge of Czech and foreign authors, who are concerned with this topic. The opening chapter focuses on the definition of organizational training in the context of legislative system, on its importance, its contributions and its goals. The following part deals with the system of organizational training, specifically with the variety of training attitudes and with the training cycle. Planning of training, one of the four parts of the organizational training, is the main subject of the next chapters. The key point of the thesis is in Chapter 3 that refers to training strategies. The thesis takes a pedagogical attitude together with the perspective of general and social psychology and economy to attain an objective look at the issue of organizational training. I follow with the chapter on basic characteristics of chosen training methods. Lastly, I close the thesis by discussing the various forms of the organizational training.
