Abstract:
Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na shrnutí dosavadních poznatků o S. aureus, jeho patogenezi a výskyt a možnosti jeho detekce v mléce a mléčných výrobcích. Experimentální část práce je zaměřena na stanovení S. aureus využitím různých kultivačních metod. S. aureus byl stanovován pomocí B-P agaru s přídavkem RPF, ClearMilku testu, MicroFastu® a PetrifilmuTM. Stanovení bylo vyhodnoceno následovně: B …more
Abstract:
The theoretical part of diploma thesis is focused on summarizing current knowledge about S. aureus, its pathogenesis, occurrence, and possibilities of its detection in milk and dairy products. The experimental part of diploma thesis is aimed at determining S. aureus using various cultivation methods.
