AEON: Attractor Bifurcation Analysis of Parametrised Boolean Networks je open-source nástroj pro analýzu booleovských sítí. Výsledky analýzy jsou zobrazeny pomocí bifurkačního rozhodovacího stromu. Tato práce si klade za cíl zlepšit vizuální reprezentaci této stromové struktury. Abstract:
AEON: Attractor Bifurcation Analysis of Parametrised Boolean Networks is an open-source tool for Boolean network analysis. The results of the analysis are shown using a bifurcation decision tree. This thesis aims to improve the visual representation of this tree structure.
