Tématem práce jsou sporné aspekty členství právnických osob ve volených orgánech obchodních společností. Od roku 2014 je obecně umožněno nejen fyzickým osobám, ale i právnickým osobám, stát se členem voleného orgánu jiné právnické osoby, což bylo dříve možné jen výjimečně ve specifických případech. This diploma thesis deals with debatable aspects of a membership of artificial persons in elected bodies of companies. Not only natural persons, but also artificial persons have been generally allowed to become members of elected body of another artificial person since 2014, which was earlier allowed only with exceptions in specific cases.
