Modelling of dynamics of ionic krypton clusters
Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je výzkum dynamiky ionizovaných klastrů vzácného plynu kryptonu. Na začátku byl vygenerován klastr tetrameru kryptonu, jenž byl následně ionizován. Posléze bylo sledováno, jak se bude tento klastr vyvíjet po ionizaci. Pro generaci počátečních podmínek byla použita simulace Monte Carlo a pro simulaci rozpadů byla zvolena metoda molekulární dynamiky, v níž byla hledána ta kombinace …more
Abstract:
The matter of this Bachelor thesis is the research focused on the dynamics of the ionic clusters of noble gas krypton. At the beginning, a cluster of krypton´s tetramer was generated, which was ionized afterwards. Finally the evolvement of the cluster after the ionization was observed.
