Práce se zabývá současnou reformou veřejné správy v kontextu s jejím historickým vývojem od roku 1918. První část práce se zabývá charakteristikou veřejné správy, jejími pravomocemi, působností a orgány. Druhá část práce se rozsáhleji zabývá historickým vývojem jednotlivých etap veřejné správy. The first part deals with the characteristics of public administration, its powers, duties and authorities.
