The Descendants of the Russian Emigrants in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu potomků ruských emigrantů v České republice. Práce obsahuje čtyři hlavní kapitoly, ve kterých je toto téma podrobněji rozebráno. První kapitola se zabývá historií ruské emigrace, zejména však první vlnou ruské emigrace do Československa mezi lety 1918-1922, a seznamuje s vybranými významnými ruskými emigranty (J. Čirikov, A. Bém, R. Jakobson, A. Avěrčenko, S. Paninová, M. Cvětajevová). Následující kapitola popisuje současný život potomků ruských emigrantů v České republice, ale neopomíná ani nově příchozí emigranty z Ruské federace. Třetí kapitola představuje několik významných potomků prvorepublikových ruských emigrantů (I. Savický, N. Musatová, J. Čirikov, V. Bystrov, A. Kopřivová, A. Kelin). Poslední část této práce je věnována Světlaně Glaserové (nar. 1956), české spisovatelce a ilustrátorce, dceři ruských emigrantů ze SSSR.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the descendants of Russian emigrants in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of four main chapters in which the topic is discussed in more detail. The first chapter introduces the history of Russian emigration, however, mostly focuses on the first wave of Russian emigration to Czechoslovakia between 1918-1922. The final part of this chapter introduces chosen famous Russian emigrants (E. Chirikov, A. Bem, R. Jacobson, A. Averchenko, S. Panina, M. Tsvetaeva). The following chapter describes the current life of the descendants of Russian emigrants in the Czech Republic as well as the life of recently arrived emigrants from the Russian Federation. The third chapter presents six famous descendants of the Russian emigrants who came to Czechoslovakia in the first wave (I. Savicki, N. Musatova, J. Chirikov, V. Bystrov, A. Koprivova, A. Kelin). The last part of this work is dedicated to Svetlana Glaserova (born in 1956), a Czech writer and illustrator, a daughter of Russian emigrants from the Soviet Union.
