Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací výrobní linky cívek alternátorů ve firmě Ha-nhart Morkovice. Náplní teoretické části je literární rešerše dostupných zdrojů z oblasti průmyslového inženýrství. Východiskem pro projektovou část je především analýza sou-časné situace provedená na základě nastudované teorie. This master thesis is concerned with the alternator coils production line optimization in the company Hanhart Morkovice. The theoretical part is a literary research of industry engi-neering related sources. The current situation analysis made on the basis of acquired know-ledge is the principal base of the project part.
